Based in the north, south and north-west of Tasmania, ILCT is a fun and dynamic workplace that actively encourages new ideas and enthusiasm in a safe and supportive workplace.

Staff are encouraged to have input to the service delivery, policies and procedures, strategic planning and development of the organisation and many other aspects of operations.

ILCT is a non-profit organisation and employees can salary sacrifice a portion of their salary with GoSalary.

ILCT provides staff with flexible working arrangements to support a healthy work/life balance. This includes options to adjust hours to suit other commitments outside the workplace, such as childcare, schooling or study arrangements. Depending on the needs of the team, staff can also arrange to work increased hours to allow for days off during a week or month, including regular rostered days off.

As well as regular trips to Hobart, Burnie and Devonport, staff may have an opportunity to travel to remote areas including King and Flinders Islands, scenic Huon Valley, historic Tasman Peninsula, the rugged West Coast, and the sunny East Coast.
