Feedback and suggestions

ILCT are committed to improving our services and are open to receiving constructive feedback and suggestions from our clients, their families, carers and other stakeholders.

A client satisfaction survey is available for clients, families or carers who wish to provide feedback on the quality of services received. Otherwise, suggestions, compliments and complaints can also be provided directly to staff, through the enquiry form or by email.
